Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
very good recipe, however there was never enough of the Alfredo we had to almost triple the recipe for the sauce. We also have used it with both chicken and shrimp.

Antipasto Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
Nice recipe, I used tricolored corkscrew pasta, and little extra balsamic vinegar, used fresh mozzarella and not Asiago. Very tasty and easy to make. I did find that if you eat it as leftovers you need to add more of the balsamic vinegar

Stuffed Pork Chops III

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
This recipe was delicious. I would suggest just a little less beef broth, my pork chops were swimming in that much (I made 8 chops), added some of my own spices, and used instant stuffing to make it faster, but it is a recipe I will keep using. Lots of flavor and easy to make

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2008
This has been the best apple crisp recipe I have tried yet. I actually use orange juice instead of water, I seen it in an old apple crisp recipe I used before, it's really good. I also add raisins. I use Cortland apples those seem to work very well. Other than the OJ I would change a thing. The water when I used it just kinda sat there on the bottom of the pan.

Dijon Grilled Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2008
This recipe was wonderful. I needed to find something tasty for the grill. I usually just cook my pork chops indoors but with the warmer weather here I prefer not to. The family really liked it. Only thing I added was garlic salt and onion power (we put that on everything)
