Stuffed Green Peppers I

tHis is one of the best stuffed peppers I have ever had!!! Freezes beautifully and reheats well!!! The cheese in the mixture instead of on top makes all the difference in the world! Use a good quality of tomato soup!!!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

I am very impressed with this soup. The flavor is fantastic and it is pretty....the only thing that I discovered is that it needs to be served immediately. It does not keep well, nor re-heat well.....the potatoes fall apart and it will separate on you.....but fantastic all the same! Makes a ton!

Honey!! Hush!!! This was awesome!! The flavour is out of this world. Not to mention that it is a very pretty dish! Shredding the chicken does make a difference!!! Make sure you follow this one exactly!!

Spaghetti Pie II

I thought this was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had and it reheats beautifully the next day for lunch....my husband raved over this dish!!!! It's definately a keeper!!

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

Unreal!! I used fresh tomatoes from the garden and a roll out pizza crust from the store....could not have been better....I was afraid that the Ranch dressing would overpower the fresh veggies and chicken, but my husband loves Ranch, so I put it on.....you could barely tell it was there, but somehow it enhanced the flavors!!! This is a keeper!!

Cherry Shortbread Cookies

I made these using marichino cherries, and thought they were sort of bland. Maybe if you used a fresh cherry, they would have more flavor. Also, they do fall apart using one cup of butter, but they also melt in your mouth!! Will not make again, but they are a really pretty little cookie!
