Really Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
The flavor of the sauce was good but it was way too thick and clumpy, it left us feeling very filled up. If I try this again, I will use more milk, less cream cheese and less garlic!

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2008
WOWeeeee! I have enough to last me all week! I can't do hot hot foods but I do enjoy a spicy feeling on my lips so I cut the chili peppers and jalapenos. Everything else I left exactly the same. Thanks!

Chicken Katsu

Reviewed: May 30, 2007
This chicken was so easy to make. I am living on my own for the first time and needed something simple to start learning how to cook real meals. Well this was it! I agree with others that this was a little bland so do try to work some sort of seasoning or sauce into the recipe.

Cheesecake Supreme

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2007
AMAZING. This is my first real cheesecake and I was so nervous because I was making it for a party but everyone LOVED IT! You MUST follow the advice from other people though, this recipe was not written correctly. I followed the advice about the baking time: 3 hrs 10 mins at 200F then 1 hour in the oven turned off with the door open and refridgerated overnight. This was made even better by the following topping: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Supreme-Strawberry-Topping/Detail.aspx

Caramel Pecan Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2006
Happy Thanksgiving! Everyone loved it and said it was the best pecan pie they've ever had! So easy to make and so delicious!!! I think the magic was in the caramels. I used these caramels called Fleur De Sel Caramels from Trader Joe's that are flavored with French sea salt. Sounds weird, I know! But it was great!

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2006
This is delicious! I'm eating some right now! I had no problem with bitter eggplants, so I didn't follow suggestions involving "sweating" with salt. What I did have to change were the portions. I used 2 eggplants which required 3 eggs and I cut the bread crumbs quantity to half. This is so delicious and healthy!

Spinach Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2006
I used 10oz of frozen spinach that came with some creamy topping because that's all I had. I used 4 egg whites instead of 2 eggs. They came out really good. Next time I'll try fresh spinach and I'll cut down the butter as others suggested.

This cake was so easy to make! I followed someone else's suggestion for strawberry gelatin and cheesecake pudding and it came out tasting so great! Everyone loved it! Leftovers tasted even better.
