Delicious! I cut the sugar in half and wouldn't have wanted it any sweeter. Fast and easy.

I added diced sweet potatoes, celery, carrots, and onions to the dish, put the meat on top, and poured the marinade over everything. Great one dish meal!

I added diced chicken breast, Swiss chard, and onion to this recipe to make it a main course. Very good! Next time, I will increase cumin and lime juice.

Salmon Hash With Potatoes & Dill

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2013
We loved this! I accidentally used baby yams instead of potatoes which ended up tasting awesome. I added bell peppers, shallots, and fresh garlic as a matter of personal taste. It was delicious and a nice alternative for salmon.

Slow Cooker Chicken Marrakesh

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2012
This was great! I added fresh figs in the last hour of cooking and served over couscous. I only used 1 pound of chicken breast because that is all I had and it still turned out very good.

Steamed Radishes

Reviewed: May 29, 2012
I got some radishes in my co-op and tried this recipe specifically because of the description and the fact that I hate radishes. It was good! I would actually eat it again. I steamed it on the stovetop and just added salt, pepper, and butter.

Southern Turnip Supreme

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2009
Wow! This was delicious. I was trying to find an alternative to the sugary turnip casseroles I have had in the past and this was it! I used low fat sour cream and sharp cheddar cheese and eyeballed most of the ingredients. Wonderful!

Quiche Lorraine I

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
If you are using a store bought pie crust, you must buy an extra deep one or else all of the ingredients won't fit in and it will be very unattractive.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2009
I have made this for several different events and for dinner at home. It is delicious and always well-recieved. I roll it in the mustard mixture and then roll it in the bread crumb mixture rather than sprinkling it on top.

Salmon Chowder

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2008
This was delicious but I had to throw out the whole pot. I strongly recommend using fresh salmon instead of canned salmon. There were tiny little bones in the chowder and we threw it out because the crunch ruined it for us. With fresh salmon, this would be wonderful. I doubled the dill, used fresh garlic, and left out the carrots.

Brown Sugar Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2006
This recipe is very good and easy to make. I always make it with rice. For maximum flavor, I increase the amount of sauce, take the pork out of the pan after it is cooked, put the rice in the bottom to soak up some sauce and put the pork back on top. This is nice for presenation and flavor. It is also a good idea to brown the pork chops on each side before cooking in the oven to avoid the bland white color.

This recipe is delicious and extremely simple and quick! It is a must to serve this with French bread. You can also easily add extra incredients such as mushrooms to vary the flavor. I always use a lot of pepper.

Chicken Dijon

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2006
My family really liked this recipe. I doubled the sauce and served it over egg noodles. It made just the right amount. I ran out of half and half and had to use a little milk and it still turned out good. I did not put it in the oven, I just combined everything in the skillet at the end and let it simmer
