Zucchini Dutch Cheese Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
I made exactly as instructed and thought it was pretty good. Next time I will add some red bell pepper for more color and crunch. My vegetarian guest put hot sauce on his and really liked it.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2010
I liked this a lot and so did my picky eater husband. I prepared as written and thought that it was probably a little too salty, but otherwise perfect. I'll try a low sodium soy sauce or just cut it in half next time. Thanks!!

Fantastic! I stuck to it and only doubled the sauce. Saved and will definitely use again! Thank you!

Sirloin Marinara

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
Yum! I was looking for an easy recipe that used beef tips other than my mother's beef stroganoff and this was wonderful! I prepared as instructed, only added some salt and Italian seasoning to spruce up the sauce. Otherwise perfect! Thank you.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2010
This was so so good with the roasted garlic!! I'm so glad that previous posters suggested it. Followed the recipe exactly otherwise and used my electric hand mixer to make the potatoes smooth. I think my hubby would be happy eating these with every meal!

Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2010
Very good dish! I followed pretty closely but took into consideration some of the previous reviews. I cooked my chicken with the garlic and some balsamic vinegar and made this the bottom layer. The stuffing was perfect as instructed but became my middle layer. Sprinkled the Italian seasoning on top of the stuffing in addition to cutting up some fresh basil. Cheese went on top before baking. Yummy, fast and easy! Thank you!

Chocolate Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
After reading through many of the reviews I did the following: 1) used honey graham crackers, 2) used French Vanilla pudding, 3) used the "Satiny Chocolate Glaze" for the chocolate sauce and doubled it. Took the cake to a dinner party and everyone loved it, however I am my own worst critic. I think the chocolate sauce turned out a bit grainy and turned too thick. After keeping the cake out of the fridge for a little while the sauce thinned out a bit and was a little better. Great treat for all...just need to perfect the topping sauce.

Peppermint Bark

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2009
Followed the instructions to a tee and it tastes wonderful! The white and milk chocolate still seem to separate when cutting but I don't mind. When I make again I'll try using a warm knife to cut into the bark. I'll be using this recipe for holiday gifts to my work clients. Thank you!

Pork Tenderloin with Apples

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2009
Very nice flavor! I loved the smell that wafted through though house as I mixed together the apples, cinnamon and nutmeg. My only recommendation would be to brown both sides of the pork, making sure not to overcook..otherwise the meat will dry out. Set aside as directed and prepare the apple mixture. Then while apple mixure is simmering add the pork back into the pan, cover and cook for a few minutes on each side. Love, love, love the tender apples..mmmm.. so good!

Cindy's Pumpkin Pie

excellent flavor! The vanilla ice cream makes this pie a crowd pleaser every time. The tips I used were to melt the ice cream until it's warm to prevent separating and covering the crust with a pie shield. Came out perfectly!

Vanilla and Chocolate Delight

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2006
Very nice. I've made it twice now with two different substitutions for the crust. Like another reviewer I tried a chocolate crust which was excellent. I also used a graham cracker crust since a lot of my family members are allergic to nuts. This will be added to my favorite recipes and will definitely be made again very soon.

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2006
Great recipe! The only change I would make is to layer the pan with half of the biscuit quarters and pour a quarter of the brown sugar mix on top, then layer the rest of the pan and pour remaining brown sugar mixture. I have gotten all rave reviews every time I make this recipe.
