Rhubarb Cherry Pie

I have been making this pie for about 15 years. I always add about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp almond extract. Also, intead of tapioca I make a base of cornstarch and water thickener with a little rhubarb that is chopped fine. I seem to get a little more flavor this way by cooking it down first and then adding the rest of the rhubarb and canned cherries....yum!

Strawberry Cheesecake

All I can say is Fantabulous! I did as other and baked in a waterbath. My cheesecake did not crack or burn on the top....hghly recommended and better than Cheesecake Factory!

Maple Syrup Salad

I live in Vermont and can't tell you how great this recipe is! I would not change a thing. I made this for Thanksgiving and 18 people all agreed it was astounding. I just shared the recipe with a maple sugarer! They are always looking for great new recipes for their spring harvest and here it is! Thank you so much for this 10 star recipe! Yes it is sweet but who cares....and dates how yummy!

Roasted Butternut Squash and Garlic Lasagna

This is probably one of the most spectacular Havest Dinners I have had in a long time...not only because of taste, gourmet qualities and easiness...just plain exceptional! Do not change a thing. Restaurant quality......if your squash weighs a little more use it. Thank you so much for such a fine new recipe! Do you have any more recipes to share......

Zucchini Cream Pie

This is one of the best pie recipes I have made in a long time...very differant and very good! I have made it several times and recipe is always requested! I would not change a thing and make 2 for a crowd...goes fast! Awesome way to use zucchini. Make sure you bring the recipe with you!
