Zesty Salsa

This recipie is a winner. I think the Italian salad dressing really makes this recipie! I've already added it to my recipie box, where it will stay!

Meatloaf California

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2007
The oats do not add any flavor, and make the meatloaf mushy. Try substituting club crackers, finely ground. They will also add a slight buttery taste.

Polish Bouja Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2008
This recipie takes a long time to pt together, but at the end of the day its worth it! The taste is full and hearty. Its a good recipie for a church pot-luck supper, since there never seems to be enough meat dishes at those events. Its also a good idea to have two people preping this recipie. enjoy!

Easy Chicken and Rice

This recipie is easy to make on a busy day, plus my family thought it tasted great. A red bell pepper also works well in this dish, if someone doesn't like green peppers.

Spanish Rice II

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2008
I added some ground beef, (about 1 lb.) along with the 6 suggested ingredients from another user. It turned a very tasty side dish into a main dish. Add a side salad and you have a complete meal.

Autumn Pear Dessert

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2008
This is the fastest dessert I've ever made, and one of the best tasting! To save even more time, I used canned pears and just followed the recipie as directed, skipping the prep time for the pear. Try this recipie! You won't be sorry! Note: For a asian-spicy taste, use 1/8 tsp. (or to taste) os ground ginger.

America's Favorite Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2008
Since Americans tend to eat too many calories, this sandwich is a good choice. The only change I would make is to substitute the white bread for Whole Wheat or multi-grain, and maybe add another slice of cheese if protein is a concern. Otherwise, it certainly is the "American Sandwich."
