this recipe was pretty good. I definitely would have sauted the onion...pretty much like eating raw onion. My family liked it..it was a good way to use up tortillas and left over chicken. Very budget friendly too

Nutty Pumpkin Muffins

these were very good. I am so used to my husbands amazing pumpkin bread...i think I would like it a little more dense. I also added a pinch of cardamom, along with nutmeg and cloves.

Best Tuna Melt (New Jersey Diner Style)

Cheesy Tuna Lasagna

This was pretty good. I used minced garlic as well as garlic salt. Myself and my children liked it, my husband said , and I quote, "it wasn't bad". I think I will stick to a nice tuna casserole
