Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin
So good! I marinated 3lbs of pork for 8 hours and I had more than enough marinade and it tasted soooooo good. I wouldn't have changed a thing, but add more garlic since I do this to everything. Thanks so much for the great recipe. This is a keeper!

Lemon Cake with Lemon Filling and Lemon Butter Frosting
This was a delicious lemon cake. I made it for a baby shower, and everyone loved it. Didn't change a thing, but made some extra frosting to make it a bit thicker and smoother. Definately a keeper!

Roast Chicken with Rosemary
Very yummy. I took the advice of others and stuffed it with garlic cloves, celery, lemon, onion, kosher salt. I rubbed the outside with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Placed carrots and quartered red potatoes in the bottoom with a can of chicken stock. Highly recommended.
