Cream of Asparagus Soup I
Delicious! I took other's advice and used 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth and 2 cups of water. Sauted the onion and celery with some garlic and mushrooms and boiled the asparagus and potato first. Excellent flavor!

Baked Haddock
Used the fillets for fish tacos - refreshingly light compared to the fried fillets we usually use.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
To save some time, I rolled the filling in lasagna noodles and baked for 15 minutes. Excellent! Everyone wanted the recipe.
