My cooking triumphs
A cooking triumph to me is when my family goes back for seconds!
My cooking tragedies
Throwing a whole pan of skinless/boneless chicken breasts away because of a recipe using tarragon. We ate popcorn for supper that night!

American Girl's Peach Cobbler
Very nice! Not too sweet. Wonderful with a dose of heavy cream on top!

Potato Salmon Patties
WONDERFUL! Even with one egg (I wouldn't advise), because one egg was all I had. It crumbled some, but the flavor was perrrrrrrrrrfect! Make sure to have those 2 EGGS!!!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
Didn't seem to "crunch" enough with just the sesame seeds. Tasty, but I would add something like toasted ramen noodles to it...next time!
