Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I have made this recipe for years. I have always used the onion-mushroom dry soup mix and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water. You can really use any size roast 2 pounds and up. I like shoulder the best. Add potatoes, carrots, and onions as well. Any left over roast can be cut up and used as a beef stew next time around. You can't go wrong with this recipe and you can't mess it up!

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

I thought this recipes turned out well; it was easy and tasty. I used chicken breast that I fryed whole and then cut up into chunks. I also used deli style cheese that I layered over the chunks. It was a quick meal!

The Best Clam Sauce

I have made this recipe several times and it's one of our favorites! Here's my changes: chopped clams instead of minced (2 cans), 1/4 cup butter, no additional salt and a sprikle of parsley on top when served. Delicious!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was a good & easy recipe. I used the fit and trim (thin) chicken breast. I used one can cream of chicken and 1 can chicken broth. I used a few onion slices and a "handful" of mixed vegetables. I used one can of biscuits, each cut into 4ths. I cooked the first hour on high then the rest on low and the biscuits cooked about an hour in the end. Everything came out creamy and delicious. Thanks!

Chris' Bay Area Burger

This recipe was quick and easy, but the taste was just not for us. The spices were overwhelming, especially the garlic. The oil added made the burgers moist, but we just didn't care for the flavor.
