Yellow Squash Patties

Awesome way to use up summer squash. I've made these a couple of times, and started making the flour/cornmeal ratio a little more like 50/50, but otherwise, don't mess with the recipe.

Pizza Dough III

Great recipe - best pizza dough I have ever made! I made it just as stated except I put in a 170 degree oven covered for an hour to rise. It was a little sticky - but turned out awesome.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

This was really good. I tried not to alter too much, but did add cooked penne to the bottom, used fresh spinach, and had to use cubed browned prosciutto because I didn't have any bacon. Otherwise, I left it the same, great recipe, the whole family loved it.

Smoky Chipotle Hummus

Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast

We have made this several times over the past few years and love it every time. We've even frozen leftovers and then reheated months later to fabulous results. This is the only way to cook a rib roast.

Italian Sausage Soup

Like others, I added a few things (potato, ditalini pasta) and needed more broth due to the addition of the pasta, but this was wonderful! I've made it twice and even my 10 year-old son likes it. It doesn't sound that great when you just name the ingredients, but it is perfectly satisfying.
