this is absolutely yummy. My husband loved it and requested it twice in one week, and he usually hates leftovers! The only things I changed were: added one can corn (drained), added garlic powder (1 tsp), added dried parsley (1/2 tsp), added hot sauce to give it a kick (1 tsp).
Also, when browning the ground beef, I added a little bit of ginger paste (1/2 tsp) to give a bit of flavor to the beef while its cooking.
Otherwise, this recipe is easy, and good. I made mine in the slow cooker on high for 4-5 hrs and it was thick and fulfilling.
