Baked Buffalo Wings
I didn't have enough sauce left in my bottle of Frank's Red Hots but it was enough for the first test run. Thanks fellow reviewers for the tip on drying the wings before dipping in flour mix. The mix stayed on. I then dipped the wings in butter/hot sauce mixture and laid it on a rack on top of a cookie sheet to drain the excess grease (thanks again for the tip!). 30 minutes into baking at 400, I switched the oven to BROIL mode and let the heat crisped up the skin for 4-5 mins each. Best recipe ever. I didn't even bother to turn over the wings and they came out great!! So tender and juicy. Next time, I'll put more cayenne pepper and more adobe in the flour mix. YUM! Can't wait to do it again!

Grilled Shrimp Scampi
This is sooooo quick and delicious, definitely the highlight of my last-minute BBQ!! In addition to the ingredients stated, I've also added some cajun seasoning for some extra kick. Absolutely wonderful! Will use this recipe over and over again!! THANKS!!
