Excellent! I will never buy gnocchi at the grocery store again. Made the recipe as written but the amount of flour was more than enough for adding to the dough AND dusting the surfaces the keep it from sticking. I didn't find the dough hard to work with, even warm. I added Italian seasoning to the dough. I doubled the recipe and froze most of it (after rolling/cutting but before cooking) to whip out when I don't feel like cooking dinner. Yum!

Crispy Fish Fillets

I have never had luck pan frying anything with breading and thought the tip about double dipping it (egg then breading then egg then breading) worked great! Other than that I thought that the recipe needed more flavor. I added Italian seasoning and dried parsly to the potato flakes and used dijon mustard instead. Next time I will add some other spices. Still a great, very easy recipe.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

Excellent and very easy! I used 2 pkgs vanilla pudding, 1 cup of apple sauce instead of oil, and no nuts. I just cut it and it's almost all gone! Everyone loves it! Can't wait to try it with butterscotch pudding and other variations.

Chicken Puffs

This was delicious. I used garlic and basil while cooking the chicken and added it into the cream mixture. Also, this may seem like a no-brainer, but let the chicken cool a bit before you mix it with the cream as mine got really melty and it was hard to get them into the dough. They still turned out great tho!

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

This chicken was definately crispy but I didn't think there was enough "herb" in it so I added some Seasonall to the potato flake mixture and also used garlic powder in addition to garlic salt. This not only gave it some kick but also gave it a very nice color. Yum!! Will definately make again!

Cheesecake Bars

I'm iffy about this recipe. It was definately easy but when I tasted it it seemed like I had forgotten something but I double checked the recipe and had followed it correctly. I will try again and double the filling as suggested, and probably add more sugar. I might also leave out the lemon juice as that may be the flavor I didn't like.

Cream Corn Pork Chops

Famous Pork Chops

I'm not a big fan of pork chops but these turned out GREAT! Instead of crackers I used crushed stuffing mix. I also put a pat of butter on top while baking in addition to around it as the recipe calls for. The meat was still a little dry so next time I will probably put a little more butter on top to keep it moist. Still very tasty!!!

Meat Filled Manicotti

I loved this recipe. I didn't use any meat. I had all the other ingredients on hand but instead of manicotti shells I used lasagna noodles and folded them over to make pockets! It worked great! Instead of tomato sauce (which I don't like) I cooked it plain and then topped with homemade alfredo sauce Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce. Turned out great!
