I use to weigh 330 pounds when I was 16. That summer I decided that I was going to change my diet. So I cut out red meat. Without exericse, I lost 60lbs in 8 months. Of course I ate more veggies and drank more water. As time went on, I developed a passion for tennis. It keeps me in shape. My goal as a member of this site is to find a well balanced foray of foods that doesn't become boring and to live a healthier life.

Chicken, fish, spaghetti (only because it easy haha), im actually up to any challenge.

Macaroni and Cheese, Collard Greens, Yams, Ham, Turkey, Duck, Cornish Hens, Fish, Beef, Pork, and desserts.

The first time I made banana pudding. Talk about a confidence downer.
