Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2011
Wow....is that enough for a review. Better than a commercial cinnabon. Butter flavor comes out perfectly.

Chocolate Swirls

As others have mentioned, something is missing. They have an excellent soft brownie like texture. Needs a bit more sweetness to be considered a true cookie, maybe add some frosting. Descent, but I won't make again.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
Christmas dinner appetizer for a 20 person group = all smiles. Seriously, the most delicious soup I have ever tasted. We did take the recommendations from other reviews: added black beans (w/jalepenos) and put uncooked chicken breasts in from the get go and shredded 4 hours in. Make this soup!!!

Thyme came on a bit too strong and needed something else for flavor.

Lasagna Roll Ups

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2008
Wow, what a great variation of traditional lasagna. Ever have difficulty cutting up nice slices of your own famous lasagna, this is the solution! I pretty much used the same recipe but utilized an italian sausage/ground chuck mix instead of tofu and my home made sauce. It turned out great - the crowd made it vanish! Making again for the second time in two weeks tonight!

Florentine Curried Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2008
This was my first experience cooking with curry and I became most pleased with the result. Great flavor - I did add about 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper to go along with the paprika which kicked it up perfectly. I cut my chicken breasts into strips (thirds) so it cut the cooking time down to 45 minutes. I also utilized Miracle Whip.... delicious. Highly recommended for someone new to curry like me!
