The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Ok, this recipe resulted in soft delicious cookies (perfect for my sons halloween party at school!) HOWEVER, there is no way that this can be ready after an hour in the fridge as the recipes states. Even over night these were extremely sticky and hard to work with. I started putting the dough in the freezer which definitly helped but still, a bit of a pain to make.

Seafood Enchiladas

Watch out...this recipe is RICH! Gave my husband a stomach ache after eating only 1 enchilada. I thought it was good, but only if you eat a small amount at a time. Thanks for sharing though. It was fun to make.

This had a really good taste to it but for some reason I couldnt get the sauce to stay on the chicken. I would probably make again just because it was so easy to prepare.

This was really good! I used chicken drumsticks instead of wings and marinated it all day. What a beautiful dish! I looked like something you would get at a chinese resteraunt!

Apple Crisp III

Wow, this was good!! The topping is fantastic, tastes almost like a hardend cookie batter mixture! The only changes I made was to reduce the water to 1/4 cup and sprinkle apples w/ lemon juice. Next time I will double the recipe as it didnt last long enough in my house!

Clone of a Cinnabon

This was a really good cinnamon roll, however like others have said its not gooey enough. Almost a bit dry. I will try modifying it next time by adding 1/2 cup corn syrup as someone else mentioned and see if that helps. Very good though! Will definitly use again!

This is an awesome recipe! The only changes I made was to add pizza seasonings to the dough and it turned out great! Make sure you roll the crust out thin otherwise it will be VERY thick when it is finished cooking.
