Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2011
followed Corrina's review and advice by baking at 425 for 15 minutes and they were perfect. Not overdone and evenly baked. Drizzled olive oil. Added fresh black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder and they were delicious!

Cool Whipped Frosting

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2007
An excellent alternative to sickening sweet frosting! This was just perfect! I used on a 2-layer cake and it held up nicely. Followed the recipe exactly and still had some left over. Thanks.

Pretty darn good! Simple recipe too. Great with a golden crust from the broiler. Thanks! Just don't forget the OldBay seasoning. =0)

Belle and Chron's Spinach and Mushroom Quiche

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2007
i followed the recipe almost exactly, except for the swiss cheese. i didn't have any swiss on hand, so i used 3/4 c. mozzarella and 1/4 c. parmesan to substitute. the quiche was a little runny, just let it set up for a while after baking.

Dirt Cake I

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2006
I used 3/4 cup for the cookie layer and about 1 cup for the pudding layer to keep the layers even. Another idea is to top the flower pot with "moss". Put about 1 cup of flaked coconut in a baggie add 1 drop of green food coloring and voila! moss- or grass, whichever you prefer. A fun and easy recipe for kids or adults.

Peach Cobbler IV

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2006
I liked that this recipe calls for already stocked ingredients. It can be put together last minute and you still can have a good dessert by the time dinner is over.

Chicken and Brussels Sprouts Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2006
a really good recipe- just be sure to only use swiss cheese and not any other! I used a pre-shredded parmesan, mozzarella and it was too watery.Otherwise it's tasty and very easy to make!
