Cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese

Better the next day or after it's allowed to sit for a while. The mustard was a nice, unexpected flavoring in mac and cheese.

Croque-Monsieur

My husband loved his but I only ended up eating half of a sandwich. They are very filling and I thought they were greasy and messy. I may try again but not fry in oil and butter.

Scallops with White Wine Sauce I

I'm not sure what went wrong, but I had to substitute half and half for the heavy cream and it curdled the instant it hit the white wine and vinegar mixture... smelled horrible! Next time, I'll stick to the recipe ingredients!
