Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2009
Wow, wow, wow!!! Delicious! I also took the suggestion of only using 1/2 cup of butter and it was just fine! This was gone in two days. I put it out for some company and they couldn't stop eating it! Will be making this over and over and over!

Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2012
This was very easy and delicious. I found the after taste just a bit vinegary for me (I did you balsamic vinegar), so right before serving I added about a tablespoon of butter which seemed to help. I will definitely be making this again.

Rugelach

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2011
This was the best recipe ever! Very happy with the results. I also made a few different fillings like some others. Next time I will roll the dough into a log like someone else suggested. It will definitely save time, and I think there will be less loss if filling.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2010
These were wonderful!! I took the advice of K. Lynn and added 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, and 3/4 tsp. cinnamon to the muffin batter. I used 1/2 c. white sugar and 1/4 c. brown. In the crumb topping I increased the cinnamon to 1/4 tsp. I also replaced the melted butter with applesauce. I baked them at 350 for 25-30 minutes and added the topping about 10 minutes before they were done. These were wonderful! Even my picky, picky 6 year old ate two for breakfast. Will definitely be making these again very soon.

Krissy's Best Ever Corn Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2014
OMG!!! These were the best corn muffins ever!! I have been looking for a corn muffin made with corn kernels for a long time. I used to get one in the morning before work and loved it!! Finally! The only thing I did different, and it was an accident, was I used 1/2 cup sugar instead of 1/3 and it was delicious. I think I'm going to keep doing that! Great recipe. Moist and delicious!! Will be making these again, and again!

Apple, Carrot, Or Zucchini Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2008
I used only 1 1/2 cups of sugar and it was still plenty sweet. I used 2 cups of zucchini and 2 cups of apple, 1 cup of whole wheat flour and 1 cup of regular flour. I ground up the nuts finely and I replaced the oil with applesauce. Made 1/2 the batter out of mini muffins (bake for 18 minutes) and one loaf pan. My picky 5 1/5 year old ate them up like candy! Absolutely delicious!! Will be making these over and over again!

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2014
This was excellent. I took the advice of some of the reviewers and didn't add as much chili powder and used chicken broth in place of water and added sliced onions. Glad I did. Next time, I think I may decrease the amount of sugar, it was a bit too sweet for us. Other than that, it was delicious.
