These were wonderful!! I took the advice of K. Lynn and added 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, and 3/4 tsp. cinnamon to the muffin batter. I used 1/2 c. white sugar and 1/4 c. brown. In the crumb topping I increased the cinnamon to 1/4 tsp. I also replaced the melted butter with applesauce. I baked them at 350 for 25-30 minutes and added the topping about 10 minutes before they were done. These were wonderful! Even my picky, picky 6 year old ate two for breakfast. Will definitely be making these again very soon.
