I have made this twice since Christmas eve. Both times I used sausage, and monterey jack cheese in place of swiss (because that's what I had). The 2nd time I made it I double the sausage, added 2 additional eggs, added garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper and used cubed hash browns (again, it's what I had) cooked it in a 15x10 dish. This is a great recipe because you can adjust it to what you have on hand. I will always double the meat though. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's so versital. I'm looking forward to trying it with the swiss cheese.
