Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

I am not a big egg lover and I was looking for a breakfast casserole that I could make for Christmas morning. I found this recipe in 2009 and I really thought my kids would be upset becasue it did not have eggs in it but they LOVED it, in fact since 09 they have asked me to cook it every Christmas morning

Best Brownies

This really is the best brownie recipe I have found and I am quite the baker at home and when I came across this and discovered I had all the ingredients in my pantry that was awesome. It got rave reviews by all the teenagers that ate them.

Whole Wheat Bread III

This recipe turned out really well for me, I used my bread machine and let them rise for about 30 minutes and than baked at 325 for 17 minutes. I did not think they were too sweet. I have been looking for a whole wheat roll recipe and this is definately a keeper.

Clone of a Cinnabon

This turned out perfect. I took one of the readers suggestions and mixed the butter, sugar and cinnamon all together and spread it on the dough. It was amazing. I will definately make again for sure.

Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting

I made this frosting as listed in directions, my daughter loves the taste of marshmallow and with chocolate it was a definite winner, the icing was perfect, it was more of a ganache kind of icing, but an amazing amazing flavor, I would use it over and over again.

Simple Ranch Chicken Macaroni Salad

I made this for a BBQ that we had for my sons birthday, I was not sure if it was going to be a hit or not, but IT WAS, everyone was coming back for seconds. I changed the recipe a bit because I did not have some ingredients on hand. I did not add the celery, ranch packet, or mayonnaise. I used reg. ranch dressing instead (just a little bit) and I use Miracle Whip.

Chicken Fried Chicken

Easy recipe to follow, the salitine mixture adhered perfectly this recipe is the first fried chicken that I have tried that has turned out so good. One thing I would reccommend is add quite a bit more spices to the mixture to give it more flavor.
