Chicken Fried Chicken

I make this recipes atleast once a week. Our family LOVES it. I have also shared it with family & friends on Facebook. I love garlic so I add a decent amount to the crackers before breading the chicken.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Medallions

Perfect! I don't really like pork tenderloin but this was awesome. Tender and has so much flavor. I will make it this way only.

Chocolate Cheese Frosting

I am not very good at making frosting, but this was the best!! I didn't add in the cinnamon, but followed the rest of the recipe, it is wonderful. I planned on making a cake with this frosting, but instead my husband and I ate most of the frosting out of the bowl. Excellent!! I won't buy the canned stuff anymore!!
