Salami Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2007
I thought this recipe was very good plus it was very easy to make. Since I didn't have any provolone cheese, I used Swiss cheese instead and it turned out real good. Otherwise, I didn't make any other changes. I will make it again...thanks for sharing :0)

Cheddar Mushroom Pork Steaks

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2006
This was a very good and easy recipe. The only changes I made was I used the block Velvetta Cheese and added mushrooms. Plus, instead of using individual seasonings I just added 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, onion powder and garlic powder. I will be making this recipe again!! Thanks soo much for sharing :>)

Peppered Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: May 1, 2006
Loved it...the pork was tender and juicy and mighty tasty!! The only thing I changed was I didn't have any cayenne or pepper blend seasoning so I just used Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herbs and like I said it was wonderful. My whole family enjoyed it!! I will be making it again...thanks soooo much for sharing :>)

Golden Chicken Tenders

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2006
This was good, though the stuffing mix came out way too crunchy..though it was good. I seasoned the chicken tenders with poultry seasoning first..it came out soo tender and juicy. On the whole this was a very good recipe, just the stuffing could of been better. Maybe I should cook it first next time?? Thanks soo much for sharing :>)

Easy Minute Steaks

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2006
This was very, very good. My Family loved it..and my husband usually isn't too fond of any form of steak!! I made a few changes as posted by other cooks. I first dredged the cube steaks in flour, seasoned with pepper, garlic powder and one of my favorite seasonings called Vegeta. Also instead of the French Onion Soup, I used mushroom soup, beef broth and dry onion soup mix. I also added fresh sliced mushrooms. Everything was delicious and I will definately make this recipe again!! Thanks sooo much for sharing :>)

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2006
This was very good. I took the suggestion and instead of putting it in the oven, I just cooked it in a skillet. Also didn't have lemons, so I just used lemon juice and also sprinkled Lemon Pepper seasoning. I used a whole can of Chicken Broth, so I could have more gravy. Turned out great-- my whole family enjoyed this recipe. Thanks sooo much for sharing :>)

Awesome Roast Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2006
OH MY GOSH...this was unbelievable..everyone couldn't say enough good things about this Roast Beef..and I had company over when I made it. Risky...yes. But I'm glad to say this recipe is a keeper!!! Though I did first brown the beef in a skillet. Then I put it in the slow cooker, I added garlic, carrots, celery, onions, peppers and mushrooms. I also used the Roasted Garlic Mushroom soup. I set it on the low temperature. Then mid-way, I cut up the roast beef and switched to the high temperature.. it took six hours to cook. Then for the gravy, I took out some of it, put it in a saucepan and added cornstarch and water and added some of my special seasoning and it was scrumptious :>) This is a great recipe and thanks sooo much for sharing :>)

Bacon Mushroom Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2006
This is one of the best chicken recipe ever...my husband loved the mushroom bacon combo!! My whole family and I couldn't get enough of it. Though next time I think I have to triple or even quadruple the gravy/cream recipe, coz it just wasn't enough otherwise. Though I used the 1 teaspoon flour mixed with 2 teaspoons water instead of the heavy cream...because I didn't have any..like I said it was good and I just needed to make more :>) The things that I changed from the recipe is, I used boneless, chicken breasts and I used seasoned salt on both sides then I browned them in a skillet first, that way I cut down on the time in the oven. Also since I didn't have any other bacon, I used Hormel Real Bacon Pieces. You wouldn't of known the difference.. everything was delicious!!! I made white rice, green beans and French Breadsticks with this chicken and WOW what a meal!!! This recipe is most definately a keeper and thanks sooo much for sharing :>)
