King Ranch Chicken Casserole I

wow, this is so fabulous that i gave it 5 stars. i added a little more onion and cheese to the recipe. served it with refried beans and tortilla chips and my husband couldn't get enough. just a really great recipe. this is a keeper.

Onion Soup Pork Chops

Quick and easy dish to make. I doubled it so we would have some leftovers and glad I did. My husband thought this dish tasted great and loved the combination of the onion soup and rice.

Country Breakfast Casserole

Easy to make and really does include all the best breakfast ingredients! It was delicious! I served it with fresh fruit and got rave reviews. The toast does not re-heat well in the microwave and I will try the hash browns on top next time, as some of the other reviews have stated.

Salisbury Steak

i followed the recipe pretty closely, but did take the advice of other reviewers and doubled the sauce. i thought the sauce had a good taste, but the meat was a little bland for us. i think this is just not "our" dish.
