Lower Fat Banana Bread II

Used this recipe to make muffins--turned out great. Baked at 350 for 15-18 minutes. Also, added chocolate chips instead of walnuts. Yum!

Oil Pie Crust

Very good crust. I left mine in the fridge overnight as suggested. Also, I rolled it out between sheets of wax paper. It was a little difficult to roll out, but well worth the struggle. Made an excellent, flaky, crisp crust. I used for an apple crumb and a pumpkin---yum!

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Great cookies!! I added an extra tspn of vanilla. We also substituted butterscotch chips and chocolate chips for the white chocolate. Turned out very tasty! Definitely will make again.

Broiled Lobster Tails

Perfect! My first time making lobster and it was actually rather simple. I used Old Bay instead of the paprika as suggested by other reviews. Mine took about 7 minutes to broil. The only I would do differently is to pull the shell apart a bit more, but other than that it was wonderful!
