Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2006
I thought this was okay and nobody really complained about it, but the sauce was just a little on the thick side. Next time I would definitely leave out the tomato puree and maybe add some extra sauce. The meatballs turned out fine though.

Green Chile Stew

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2006
This was a perfect soup for a cold winter's night. I love hot and spicy, so I went a little too crazy on the cayenne, so the family had a hard time with it, but it was fun to watch them try. I'll make it again, but I'll make it so that everybody else can enjoy it too. It did a good job of cleaning out the sinuses though.

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2006
My husband absolutely raved about this recipe and he's a tough sell. He said it was restaurant quality and to definitely make it again. The best part is that it's so easy and it smells so good while cooking. Thank you!

Butter Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2006
The flavor was wonderful, but there wasn't any sauce, so it was kind of dry over the egg noodles. I will try adding some broth next time so that there is a little gravy.

This was so yummy. The raspberry sauce was absolutely heavenly. I served it with steamed carrots and parsnips and scalloped potatoes and it was a huge hit with the whole family.

Chicken Vicious

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2006
This wasn't just vicious, it was vicilicious!! I love hot spicy food and this was right up my alley and I love the sweetness added to the hot. I served with potatoes, but I think it needed rice with it. Thanks!

Kalamata Olive, Tomato, and Cheese Melt

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2006
I thought this was okay as a side dish, but the kids thought it was boring. I think it needed more sauce and maybe some extra seasonings.

Easy and Fast Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2006
THIS SALAD WAS DELICIOUS. I DON'T EVEN CARE ALL THAT MUCH FOR CAESAR SALAD, BUT I LOVE THIS ONE. THE CHICKEN REALLY MAKES IT AND I MADE SURE TO USE REGULAR CREAMY CAESAR DRESSING INSTEAD OF LOW CALORIE. I HAD IT AS A MAIN COURSE, BUT IT WILL ALSO MAKE A GREAT SIDE.

By reading the reviews first, I was pretty much expecting to have problems getting it out of the pan, which I did, but it sure has a wonderful flavor. I servied it with fresh whipped cream sweatened with Splenda and it was yummy!
