Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2007
It was extremely greasy! It didn't have too much flavour. the best part was the melted cheese on top.

Maybe it could have been a bit better if fresh ginger was used.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2007
Absolutely delicious! I didn't use any sausage because I wanted to reduce the amount of fat. I used more ground beef instead. It worked out very well.

Mexicali Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2007
The veggies were very good. The pork chops didn't need to have more flavour because the veggies had enough flavour. It was a good combination.

Just perfect! I didn't have any carrots on hand, so I used one apple and one nectarine instead. It turned out very well.

Raspberry Pie II

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2006
A disaster. It was like a soup inside. Completely liquid. I followed the directions exactly. I don't know what went wrong. I think the temperature (400) may have been too high - at that level, I think the berries probably quickly liquified. And I did cut several slits in the top crust to let steam escape. Maybe you should mix the berries with the sugar and corn starch in a bowl first so the corn starch can actually work and hold the filling together. Really, it was a waste of the berries that I picked.

Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2006
Delicious! If you want to make the sauce lower in fat, only use a bit of butter or olive oil and cook the mushrooms and scallions in water. It works well.

No Bake Cookies III

They taste very similar to a Powerbar. My Lord they're so sweet! I had two and almost died! They taste and look like a chocolate bar when they cool.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2006
Absolutely delicious! Tastes just like something you'd be served at a restaurant. It has a very sophisticated taste. I used red wine instead of white, and it turned out lovely.
