I'm a aspireing family cook, all my relatives have me smoke their meat for their get togethers whether I'm invited or not and I enjoy the praise I get afterwards.
My favorite style of cooking next to smoking and bar-b-que is cajun and then Italian and then it would be all the down home cooking my mother taught me,like making gravy and fried chicken for sunday dinner,or a meatloaf for wednesdays supper.
I like experimenting with all my cooking,tweeking everything with what I have in the cupboard or with what I like.
Cooking is very therupitic for me,it relaxes me and makes me feel good when I get the feedback or a callback from something I've cooked.
I hope when I retire, I will be opening a resturant/catering buisness here in okla.
