Dessert Crepes
I love these crepes! Easy to make and relatively healthy! I made no changes to the batter except I used bread flour instead of AP flour since I had none on hand. I stuffed the crepes with bananas cooked in butter, brown sugar and peanut butter. It was a hit! Thanks so much.

Funnel Cakes I
I like this recipe... easy to make and it does taste and look like funnel cakes you get at carnivals. The only change I made was using bread flour instead of AP flour because that was the only kind of flour I had. Also, I used a clean, clear plastic bag (like the ones you see when you buy produce in the supermarkets), fill them with the batter, snip one of the edges and it made beautiful funnel cakes. I used tons of powdered sugar because we like out funnel cakes sweet. Thanks for the recipe!

Puggie Woogie
It's a simple recipe that gets the job done if you want something to fill you up during breakfast. Personally, I don't like fried food very much so I fried these in a small amount of oil. It still puffed up beautifully. I couldn't roll it in sugar (they wouldn't stick to the woogies so I sprinkled powdered sugar on them instead. Instead of AP flour, I used bread flour and they work well. And yes, they do remind me of donuts (just without the fuss of using yeast)! Give them a try!
