This recipe is amazing!! I didnt have all the ingrediants listed, but used what i had to hand which was. Baking potatoes x3,Small sweed x2 carrots x2 (wish i had more) green pepper x1,leeks x 2.I didnt have balsamic vinegar so used white wine vinegar instead.I used dry herbs tyme and mixed. Also added one clove of garlic as i really like it. I really think it doesnt matter what veg you use it will taste excellent no matter what. Like to add that this taste just as gorgeous cold the nxt day as a snack. Thank you so much for this simple yet lovely recipe.

Sweet and Sour Sauce II

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2006
This is a lovely sauce! Its the first time ive made s&s and will definetly be making it again.I halfed the recipe as it was only for myself.I have so much left over.No doubt il use it tonight. The only thing i would change is the amount of tomato puree. It was a bit strong in that sence.Other wise perfect!!I used pinapple chunks and used the juice in replace of the water.Yummmmm!!

Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2006
I made this last night and it looked gorgeous.Instead of putting the fruit on the base i made a sauce with it (10 oz of fruit, 3 tbs of sugar and 3 tbs of cornflour and 1/2 cup of water boiled for 5 mins) and dropped the fruit in layers through the mixture.I didnt want the base to go soggy.Unfortunately the base wasnt crisp as i hoped it would be, so nxt time i will bake it for 10 min before adding the mixture.Besides that the rest of it tastes lovely. Also used fresh straberries instead as thats all i could buy.
