I grew up in the South, so along with Erma Bombeck, I too, believe gravy is drinkable...or something like that. I LOVE my southern foods - FRIED of course, with rice & gravy. I like to fix dinner for my friends or family and usually try something more fancy - depending on what they want. Being single people are amazed at how much I cook for myself, as opposed to stopping to pick up fast food, but I was raised on having a "meal" for dinner and I still want that - you can look at the size of my butt and tell that :) But in the end, I just love good food.

Every year I try to make divinity and fudge for Christmas - well I did skip it this year - and maybe the 3rd batch of divinity is edible - but NEVER the fudge - just can't figure it out.
