Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

These were super easy to make with only a few ingredients (that I always have on hand). Great for sharing. I didn't have raspberry jam so I covered half with apricot and half with blackberry and it was still delish. Really work the butter into the crumb with your hands so it will stick together after cooking. Enjoy!

Perfect! Don't change a thing. I had a lot of leftover topping even after caking it on the top but it definately makes this muffin perfect.

Quick And Easy Mexican Chicken

Superb! Easy and delicious. Served with Mexican Rice II from this site. Made exactly as instructed and it was so good and easy. Next time I will try baking in the oven to cut down on dishes. This is a new favorite!

Fantastic! The closest I have ever come to restaurant quality. I use fresh garlic instead of garlic salt. Will be making over and over and over again!

Manicotti Italian Casserole

This was very simple and good but my husband and I weren't crazy over it. It tastes like a pepperoni and sausage pizza. Green bell pepper would be a nice addition.

Honey Graham Crackers

These were great! More of a cookie texture than a cracker but delicious. They are not like store bought but very unique. I did sprinkle with a little cinnamon sugar. I think next time I may try adding flax seed or some sort of nut extract for a little extra flavor. The dough is very hard to work with but if you aren't too worried about perfectly rectangular crackers its no big deal. I ate these with mascarpone or cream cheese and also crushed and used for a graham cracker crust. It was the best pie crust I ever made! Will definitely make these again.

Pumpkin Waffles with Apple Cider Syrup

These waffles had an ok taste but were not a good texture. I like my waffles crispy and light and these were heavy and floppy. I cooked for as long as possibly without burning but could not get them to crisp. Did not get a chance to make the syrup.

Banana-Zucchini Bread

I followed the recipe with the exception of omitting the nuts and adding slightly more cranberries. It was WAY too sweet. Also the bread was a little dry but that could be because I did mini loaves and possibly baked a little too long. I may try it again with less sugar.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Absolutely PERFECT!! No need to change a thing. Be sure to really grease the pans as the blueberries will stick. My batch was enough for 4 mini loaves and 1 mini bundt.

Easy Cheesy Chicken I

This was easy and very good. I changed the recipe a bit as I was only cooking for 2 people. I used 3 thin chicken breasts (cubed), 1 can of cheddar cheese soup and 1 can cream of mushroom AND chicken soup (didn't even know they made that). I found I only had to cook it for about 4 1/2 hrs on low. Served over rice it was excellent.

Fettuccine Alfredo V

If you love garlic & cheese this is a great recipe. I decided to use a little less garlic next time as 5 cloves is a bit overpowering. I found that when you first add the 2nd cup of cheese the texture is very gooey but if you keep wisking it at a low temp. it will thin out a bit.
