Fresh Broccoli Salad
This was great. I used olive oil mayo to help with the fat content. It is also great with crasins instead of raisins.

Fruitcake Cookies
My husband loves these. I am not a fan of fruitcake, but I really like these. They do get better with age.

Bread and Butter Pickles II
These were great! I used red pepper instead of green, because I like them better, but other than that, I didn't change a thing.
