Angel Fruit Trifle

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
I prefer fresh blueberries, peaches & raspberries in season, but frozen work fine. Another twist to this recipe is fold one small package of dry jello powder with the cool whip before layering, any flavor you like. I have used strawberry, very yummy.

Pumpkin Bars I

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2008
These were very good, I did add some spices 1/2 t. ginger, 1/2 t. nutmeg, 1 t. vanilla, only 1 t. salt. I also used half brown sugar and half white, also only 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce. They were a little more dense than ohters had reviewed, I used 2 9x13 pans as called for, very moist great flavor. Thank you for sharing

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2009
Very yummy, I added a little red onion, red bell pepper personal taste and a little extra garlic. I listened to others comments and cut back on the cajun spice and only used 1 TBL. not 2 it was not enough. maybe my spice was not very strong, I am not into really spicy food a little kick yes but not real hot either next time I will add at least one and a half TBL. but we still loved this dish. VERY YUMMY!

Sweet Spicy Wings

everyone LOVED these! made as directed, except a littles less cayenne just because I wasn't sure just how hot they would be but could have used a little more so will increase next time. They were still delicious. Would like to try on boneless chicken breast, make extra and cut up for a salad. YUMMY
