Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2014
One day and it was gone!!! delicious. My husband has wanted me to make this for a long time, I finally found a recipe on this site and tried it for the 4th of July cookout. So yummy and creamy, I used 4 bananas, I did toss my sliced bananas in lemon juice to keep them from browning but it was gone so fast I wouldnt have needed too. THANKS

Guacamole

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2014
this is a good recipe I didn't have any cilantro and I didn't use onion personal preference, but the rest I did as written and we loved it! Will make again. I like cilantro but to us a little goes a long way it can over power a dish if you use to much, but that is also personal preference. Easy to make very yummy.

Sweet Spicy Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2014
everyone LOVED these! made as directed, except a littles less cayenne just because I wasn't sure just how hot they would be but could have used a little more so will increase next time. They were still delicious. Would like to try on boneless chicken breast, make extra and cut up for a salad. YUMMY

Bar Cookies from Cake Mix

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2014
I have made this so many ways and times we love it! I do add more water 1/3 cup + 1 TBLSP. I also have a grandson with an egg allergy (no whites) so I made this with 2 egg yokes instead they turned out fantastic. We couldn't tell the difference. I do reduce the cooking time to 30 min. I start checking them at 25 do not overcook these they will get hard. Very easy quick dessert YUMMY!! thanks for sharing NOTE: they are thick to spread in pan

Avocado Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
AMAZING!! I used 1 large jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped small, did not have habanero at my local store, did not use salt. Had it with grilled chicken breast, but I would eat this with many things or just tortilla chips, excellent. THANKS for sharing.

Amish Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2011
This is by fr the best bread I have ever made and I have made a lot of bread in my machine. I change the measurments to make 2 loaves, 1/1/2 C. warm water 1/4 C. sugar 2 teas. yeast, let that proof in bread pan for 5 min. then add 1/4 C. oil, 3 C. bread flour, 1 C. wheat flour, LAST 1 teas. salt. (DO NOT PUT THE SALT IN WITH THE YEAST!!) I run it thru the dough cycle including leting it rise in my bread machine, then take it out knead it a couple of min. then form into 2 loafs and place in greased bread pans and let rise until about double then bake in oven for about 25to 30 min. at 350. Check loaves because everyones oven cooks different you made need less or more time. THANK YOU for this recipe

Angel Fruit Trifle

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
I prefer fresh blueberries, peaches & raspberries in season, but frozen work fine. Another twist to this recipe is fold one small package of dry jello powder with the cool whip before layering, any flavor you like. I have used strawberry, very yummy.

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2009
Very yummy, I added a little red onion, red bell pepper personal taste and a little extra garlic. I listened to others comments and cut back on the cajun spice and only used 1 TBL. not 2 it was not enough. maybe my spice was not very strong, I am not into really spicy food a little kick yes but not real hot either next time I will add at least one and a half TBL. but we still loved this dish. VERY YUMMY!

EXCELLENT restraunt quality!!! My family loved these. I did double the suace, I cook 6 frozen boneless chicken breast in the crockpot on low during the day and I season them with cumin, fresh cilantro, and pepper, a little chicken broth in bottom of crock to keep them moist. I use cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup one of each and double everything else including the green chilies. I have made it several times always a big hit. Thank you for the recipe
