Although I haven't actually tried this method, after reading the reviews I can't understand how this is any easier than boiling eggs? When I boil mine, I just cover them with water over medium heat, and when they boil, turn off and let sit for 15" in the hot water, then pour cold water over them in the same pan. Always done perfectly, and no cracked shells because they don't boil too hard. I've learned an easy way to peel them, courtesy of FB. Add a tiny bit of water to a cup or short glass, put your hand over the top and shake until the water is gone. With this method, you get an all-over cracking that slips right off, with no missing chunks of egg-white. This method just seems like a lot of work, with all the foil, wet towels, bowl of ice water, brown spots, etc.
