Loved the idea of oven-fried, wasn't thrilled with the taste. I should have added more seasoning. So much of my coating was the cornmeal and we are used to eating blackened catfish with straight up heavy seasoning right on the fish (with no breading). Also, when we reheated the extra fish the next day, the cornmeal made a big mess in the microwave. But, still really liked the idea of this dish and it certainly had the appearance of breaded, deep fried fish fillets without the deep frying, so it might be right up your alley, just not ours.
