Excellent. Took to a church function and was left with nothing but an empty pie plate.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2010
Excellent!! I made this for a church pot luck and it got rave reviews. Only changes i made was i used Granny Smith apples(it's what i had and needed to be used up). Also i ran out of time and fried my tortillas instead of baked them. Will be making this again soon!!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2009
These are awesome. I baked the cakes the night before (spice cake, cream cheese icing, white chocoate and also devils food cake, white icing and mint chocolate chips). I just cut the cakes in big pieces and let my stand mixer crumble it for me. I put the icing in the microwave for 20 seconds to soften it some and only added enough of it to turn the cake/icing mixer into a cookie dough consistency. I used my cookie scoop to form the balls and chilled them in the freezer before i coated them with the chocolate. They taste yummy and i can't wait to experiment with other flavor combos. I will also be adding these to my list of homemade goodies i make at Christmas.

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2006
This was my first time making grilled salmon. I knew this website would not let me down. This recipe was excellent. The brown sugar gave just a hint of sweetness and grilling the salmon after marinating gave the salmon kind of a glaze. I was really impressed with this recipe and will be making it again.

Grandma's Onion Rings (Southern Style)

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2006
I was very pleased with this recipe. I thinly sliced my onion rings and used this recipe as my coating . It was so light and crisy. I will be using this recipe again. I added some cajun seasoning for spice.

Deep-Fried Turkey Marinade

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2006
I used this marinade for Thanksgiving. I was worried the outter crust would be too spicy for my kids. But the pepper mellows after deep frying. I will be using this on all my deep fried turkeys.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2006
I really loved this recipe. Im not into really sweet icings and this recipe was just right. It was smooth and creamy and just the right sweetness. I used it to pipe on my carrot cheesecake that i made for a birthday. I will be using this recipe again.
