Banana Bread II

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2006
I have been making this banana bread for years. It's a crowd favorite and I've even WON in a banana bread competition with this recipe. :) The only things I change are to add MORE banana, add chocolate chips and watch those baking times!

Good base recipe! I used apple sauce instead of oil, added 1/4 cup splenda to sweeten, 2 bananas and added cinnamin and raisins. Baked for 25 minutes to make 6 awesome healthy muffins!

Sweet Green Bean Bundles

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2006
SO GOOD! I cooked my bacon a bit before (used chicken bacon) and also used fresh green beans, boiled for 5 minutes prior. I also added some worchstire sauce and lemon juice, & decreased the amount of sugar. Baked at 350 for 30 minutes then unwrapped foil for the remaining 15 minutes. DELISH!

Cowboy Cookies III

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2006
Yummy! Mine didn't flatten out at all. I used 2tsp vanilla and also 3/4 cups white and brown sugar. Make sure you sift the flour and you cream the butter/sugar mixture. Maybe this is why people's cookies didn't turn. EDIT: After one day these cookies started to harden and taste bland...not as great as I first thought...will continue my search for a better coookie.
