Phenomenal! Go no further in your search for a perfect bread. These delectable zucchini loaves are moist, and full of flavour! By far the best zucchini recipe that I have ever come across. Not only is it simple to create, but it is a pleasure to eat

Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

Splendid! I subsituted the Bay Seasoning for "Mrs. Dash" Seasoning, which ended up tasting spectacular! These were really a treat, and didn't taste like zucchini at all! Hard to imagine that something so tasty could be good for you.

Spring Cleaning Cookies

I subsituted maple extract for vanilla, and then used one cup of margarine instead of the butter & shortening. The cookies came out crunchy and delicious! A perfect recipe. You can't taste the coconut at all, it just gives the cookies a terrific texture. Using an electric mixer is recommended, though!
