I loved this recipe! I'm glad I read the reviews, so I knew it was going to turn out more solid (southern style rice pudding) than creamy pudding (northern style rice pudding). I used sushi rice and cooked it in a rice cooker. I used dried cranberries instead of raisins (it's all I had) and cinnamon instead of nutmeg. It was delicious warm, and just what I wanted.

Blueberry Buckle

Great recipe that I will make again. I used brown sugar instead of white sugar for the topping, increased the cinnamon, and baked it in a 9" stone pie plate. Many compliments!

Meatball Nirvana

This recipe is a keeper. The hot sauce and crushed red pepper flakes really kick it up and offer great flavor. I've never made meatballs without an egg before, but it works.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

After seeing all of the stars and the rave reviews, I expected this to be one of the most amazing cookies I've ever tasted...but it definitely fell short. The texture was OK, but it didn't have much flavor at all. I've definitley made better cookies, and I won't waste my time or ingredients on this recipe again.

Banana Butter Icing

I couldn't be more disappointed. The result was runny and sickening sweet. Against my better judgement, I iced the banana cake (actually poured it over the cake like a glaze). Although I wonder how some other reviewers made it "fluffy" and "mousse-like," I won't waste my time or ingredients to try it again--I'll move on and find another icing. If the site would allow, I'd give this recipe ZERO STARS!

Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Everyone enjoyed these enchiladas. I took the advice of others and poured enchilada sauce under and over rolled tortillas. Next time, I'll add chiles for some more kick, and cut back a little on the cream cheese. I'll also season the chicken more as it cooks, since I thought the chicken needed more flavor. Regardless of the changes I'll make next time, I still really enjoyed the enchiladas, and the preparation was very easy.
