Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Reviewed: May 24, 2012
Best dressing I have ever had! Reminds of this cafe in town that has the best salad... Its almost identical! My hubby is a big fan of Greek salad, with the feta and all even though he is kinda picky, and he Loved it! Not a fan of feta myself so just used Romano instead and still taste amazing! Very versatile!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: May 10, 2012
Great muffin recipes. Not sure how I feel about the crumb topping. I like more of a basic sprinkle of sugar myself. And will also make JUMBOS next time instead of the basic muffin size. Other than those changes for next time, A keeper in my book!

Slow Cooker Spare Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
These were very good! I also only used half an onion but everything else to a tee. Took some of the sauce and thickened it on the stove and pour them on the ribs and put in the oven for about 10 min. They turned out great! Served over rice and used the non thinkened sauce also straight out of the crock pot to pour on the rice. Will make again

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
Best pancake recipe ever! They are great just as written! Sometimes I still add a little vanilla and cinnamon just for something different but not that often. Have been making this every Wed night for dinner for the past month or so!

Applesauce Drop Doughnuts

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
These are really good! Made them this morning and they are actually quite easy. Had a bigger cookie scoop so it took a little longer to deep fry( 8 min or so). Made with a home made applesauce from this site, Sarahs applesauce! I think they will turn out even better next time i make them cause i wont have Expired baking powder :) Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
Loved this recipe! Served over mashed potatoes. My husband even ate it and he is very picky. I also skipped the skillet and placed everything in the slow cooker. Meat and flour first, then remaining ingredients, then stir. A favorite in my house! Made it many times! AWESOME!!!!!!

Wisconsin Bratwurst

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
I live here in Green Bay.. born and raised and this recipe supports how we are brought up making brats.. However do not poke the brats! U want to keep all of those flavors in! Beer and onions make the brat. Best for all Wisconsin get togethers or tailgating! Go Pack Go
