Love, love, love these cookies! They really do sort of melt in your mouth. I followed the recipe as written and baked them 9 and 1/2 minutes. After they cooled a bit I rolled them in powdered sugar. Delicious with a glass of cold milk. I will add that I think the amount of time I baked them might be considered slightly underdone by some people. They still look pretty soft when I take them out of the oven, but do firm up a bit. I always underbake my cookies by 30 to 60 seconds and I think that is what contributes to their softness, and with this particular cookie, to its 'melt in your mouth' quality. Highly recommended!
