Beef Cabbage Hash

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
Great and super easy to make. I did put in some garlic, used beef broth instead of water, and added a little worstershire as other suggested. Also threw in some tomatoes to make it a little healthier and prob stretch it out an extra meal. I did cook it on medium for a good 45 minutes. For more flavor, add hotsauce when ready to eat, mmmm!!!

Goat Cheese Salmon

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2010
This was very very good. I'd give it 4.5 stars because I think the Dijon Salmon recipe is even better however the combo of goat cheese and salmon was tasty. I added a little bit of mustard on the top of the fish to give it a bit more flavor.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2010
This was out of this world delish! One of the best Salmon dishes I've made - full of flavor. I didn't have fresh parsley so I used dried but it still was awesome. I also used italian breadcrumbs, not sure if it made any difference. Pecans are not neccesary but make it even tastier. Try this or you are MISSING OUT!!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2010
This was very good. I think next time I'll add more garlic! I also made some steak and froze it with the marinade so we'll see how good that turns out - marinading and freezing can be awesome!! My dad loved it for father's day and it kept the steak moist during grilling.

Goat Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2010
This is FANTASIC!!! One of my favorites. The tomato itself tastes great in the over, anything tomato with basil is usually yummy. I use Italian breadcrumbs and throw in some garlic as well. What an awesome side! Could drizzle with vinegar as well.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2008
Good recipe, very light and hearty at the same time! I made it as indicated in the recipe and it didnt need anything else. Only thing I may try next time is spicing the chicken more directly.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2008
This recipe was excellant. I followed the directions exactly. I may try using ground chicken next time rather than beef to make it a bit more like the PF CHangs recipe.

THis was AWESOME! And very easy to make for beginners. The only thing I did differently was used mexican cheeses bc I was out of cheddar and I added a teaspoon of horseradish to the sauce for a bit more taste. It was fantastic!! I ate it all and thats not very like me!

Italian Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2008
This is a great and easy recipe that I've been making for some time now. To give it extra flavor, use lots of extra dressing and cook it in a frying pan on the stove - cover with a lid to keep in the flavor. Use zesty for extra flavor! This is even great in a salad!

Brian's Easy Stuffed Flounder

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
Awesome recipe. I love the celery crunch in this recipe!I made it and put it on top of tilapia instead of flounder (because tilapia is thin and it was hard to stuff) I had a lot left over so I made small cakes out of them, and put them in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 and presto- instant seafood cakes!

Simple Feta Cheese Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
This is truly an awesome recipe. On great addition is avocadoes when in season. Don't use too many onions, and stick with the red ones. Try adding a bit of basil as well! This is always a hit side dish. Also tastes great as a brushetta topper!
