This is the best cornbread I've ever tasted! And it's very easy to make.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2006
This was really good and easy. Although I love sour cream, I didn't think it fit this dish. I will definitely make this again and omit the sour cream, maybe add some spinach.

This is so easy and delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, with the exception of adding a little more fresh spinach and it turned out perfect!

Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2006
This was so easy and so good! I used frozen cubed potatoes that already had red and green peppers and onions in it. I think that gave it great flavor and may have been bland with plain frozen hashed browns. I'm looking forward to trying this with chicken.

Green Chile Stew

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2006
This stew is delicious! It went great with cast iron skillet corn bread. I prepared it exactly as instructed except I omitted one cup of water. My family loved it so I will definitely make again!

Spinach Lasagna II

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2006
This is very good lasagna. I followed the instructions exactly, except I used a 15 oz can of tomato sauce instead of an 8 oz can. I can't imagine an 8 oz can would have been enough. I cooked for the length instructed but the noodles were still a little tough. The taste was great and the sauce was very rich and full of flavor. I will definitely make this again but try cooking the noodles first. **I have to add that this lasagna was 100 times better heated up the next day. The sauce was tastier and the noodles more tender.

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2006
These pork chops were outstanding!!!! My husband said it was better than any pork chop he's had in a restaurant. I used Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce, Columbus Pale Ale beer, and Montreal steak seasoning which gave it a little kick. My 3 year old daughter even asked for seconds. Next time I may try a darker beer to see if there's any difference. This was absolutely delicious!!!

Sour Cream Chicken Paprika

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2006
This was easy and delicious! I doubled the sour cream and flour to make it a little thicker. I served it over egg noodles and a side of sweet peas. Great meal!!
