I enjoyed this but we found it too sweet. Next time I'd use half of the splenda.

One Week – Six Dinners – Just $100

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
I feel that for being a low budget dinner plan there is a lot of variety and tasty meals. I really get disappointed when people like "Newlywedws" who have "expert" cooking level in there profile trash the effort put forward by the allrecipe team for "low budget" meal plan.

Plantain Chips

Excellent. Just returned from Cuba and we enjoyed them at the beach side restaurant. I am thrilled to make them at home. I followed the recipe to the tee and they were just like in Cuba.

Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Reviewed: May 17, 2011
Tried the sauce last night and WOW. Served it over Roasted Garlic Asiago Ravioli. I did add more mushrooms because you can never get enough mushrooms. I forgot to add the salt and I’m glad I did. I also didn’t need to add the cornstarch as the sauce thickened on its own. Will make this again soon.

Grilled Lemon Yogurt Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2012
Excellent. I did how ever(not by choice, planned to make it according to recipe but my plans changed) so it marinaded for 30 hours and turned out amazing. Very moist and flavorful. Did not make the sauce to eat with it. It wasn't necessary. Thanks for a keeper.

Try this last night and we just loved it. I plan on freezing some rhubard to make this in the winter. Served it to guest and it was a hit. Next time I will make it with half the sugar. 5 stars from my family
